Cover Girl
A few more images that Karmen Lindner put up for me to see. I am in love with her work. Her editing is amazing. The colors, the personality she gets in her pictures. My little girl looks so grown up in these pictures and oh so beautiful.

Stylish Ideas
So we booked a family photo session with Karmen Lindner for later this summer/fall. I have been trying to come up with some cute ideas for outfits. I would really love to do an urban setting, like downtown Madison and thought maybe something like this would be kind of fun.

I think Jas would look totally handsome in a black button down, jeans and a yellow tie.

LOL
I told Lauren to put on her new Chuck Taylor shoes this weekend. I call them Chucky T's. She looks at me and says, "Mom, are the black ones my Chucky Cheese's?"
I love that girl!

Swim Suit Hell
So I signed Lauren up for swim lessons this summer. She is so excited. The best part, Brent and Jill have Lyla in them too, so the girls will be in class together since Lauren doesn't turn 4 till August.
Now the bad news...till they are 4, a parent has to get in the water with them. Ugh....so that means I need a suit. I have not had a suit, let alone wore one since before I was pregnant with Lauren. I was not a fan of them when I was in decent shape. Now with this deflated tire around my middle that I cannot seem to get rid of no matter how many sit ups I do or how many miles I run, I am forced to find the hell that is a swimsuit.
My search has taken forever. This one is too skimpy (holy cow are some of them skimpy), too old lady, too expensive (seriously, $80 for something that has less fabric than my underwear), too ugly, etc. I know I will not look like a Victoria Secret model in a swimsuit and I am not going for that, I just want something that will not make me feel like a manatee. So, I am praying that this suit will do the trick. Thanks Old Navy for making a suit that is not too skimpy, too old lady, too ugly or too expensive. Now if I do not resemble a manatee, I will be one happy customer.

Still Alive
So it has been quite a long time since I blogged. I have quite a few pictures to share, mostly from Easter. We had a great Easter. Kids were spoiled as usual. We have a lot coming up in the next few months: a new niece arriving, garage sale, weddings, etc. Anyway, I will save all that for another day. Onto the pictures...

We ran into Brent, Jill and Lyla one day at the store.

Getting her nails painted...stick with feet till they are older!!
Inspecting the stash
