I was looking on the Internet at some new workout/challenges out there for fitness. I tend to get bored if I do the same thing all the time. Since I have completed my challenge of running and I just got a sewing machine to work on that goal, I found these 3 strength/fitness challenges and thought maybe these would be neat to try. The best things: They need no equipment (you can do them anywhere) and it only takes about 30 minutes a week.
Two Hundred Sit-Ups Challenge
One Hundred Push-ups Challenge
Two Hundred Squats Challenge
Anyone else up for a new challenge??
