I will have lots to post after the holidays, but I felt I had to get this down before I forgot it. Lauren is home, of course, with an eye cold. Just in time for Christmas. Tis the season for jingle bells and eye boogers...ewww!
Anyway, the other day I was in Lauren's bedroom putting her clothes away and she comes over to me with some fuzz in her hand and says, "Mommy, I found this crap on the floor."
I looked up from the dresser and said, "What did you say?"
"I found this crap on the floor." she said to me like DUH!!
Trying not to laugh, I told her that we do not use that word and she should say garbage.
She shrugged and then said, "Ok, I found this GARBAGE on the floor."
I am still trying to figure out who taught her that one. Another example of kids repeat everything...watch what you say.
