This week Jason should hear back if he got this job he interviewed for last month. He first interviewed in early January and got a second interview in mid January. They have been calling his references, which make me think he must be in the running.
This would be huge!! He has been off since right before Thanksgiving. He is dying to get back to work and we could really use the income again as well. So please cross everything you have for him! Thanks!
On another note, Monday night I had a meeting for Oregon's 4K Program that will be starting this fall. Lauren will be the first class to enroll. She is all set to go and it excited to start school. Her daycare is one of the sites for the program, so she will be able to stay right in the same building. Class will be for 3 hours, Monday through Thursday and one Friday a month. It will be taught by a certified teacher as well. I will be so eager to see how it goes. She also has a screening in March to see how she is compared to her peers. They will be assessing her development in areas of readiness, speech and language, social interactions and motor skills.
