Training

My 5K Training is continuing to go very well. I just began week 5 and can already tell my endurance is so much better. Take away a few aches and pains (hips and calves sometimes) and I might actually start enjoying this running stuff. (shhh don't tell anyone) So, I think I am going to have to go get some new running shoes soon.

The month of January I logged over 20 miles in my 12 workouts. I lost 5 lbs and 4 inches. Let's hope February is even bigger!
