Shred: Day 2, Level 1

I slept like a log last night despite my aching muscles. I got up just before my alarm went off and dragged myself to do my workout. Holy crap am I sore in places I didn't know I could be. It is a good hurt though, know what I mean? That pain that just makes you know that you are working your body in all the right ways.

So, the warmup made me wince each time I moved my arms. Once we got going though I didn't feel too much pain. The pushups caused me to drop a few F*bombs, but I got through it. I just keep telling myself...this will work, just keep at it. And I know that the first week is always the hardest. So, despite my soreness, I truly do feel great.
